It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Mrs. Dulcie Moore, RN. She has been in healthcare most of her life and before being part of Tri County Health System she ran her own community health center in Sparta when it was a stand-alone. In the late 70s, early 80’s it merged with Tri- County to become one health center and she continued her faithful service to community health. When Community Health Care Systems and Tri County merged, she continued her faithful service in the health center community. Our offices in Sparta, Warrenton and Gibson are closed today in honor of Ms. Dulcie.

Community Health Care Systems, Inc. is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and deemed a Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

Community Health Care Systems, Inc. is deemed an FTCA facility and is covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
